Committee: Local Design Review Committee
Action Type: Conceptual Approval
Conditions:

The committee approved the plan conceptually and made the following recommendations:

  • Clearly define the main entrance
  • Needs some refinement on the towers. (how do they relate to one another)
  • Consider using warmer colors (possibly use red on the towers and cream where the gray block is located)
  • Committee has a concern about the safety of the two parking stalls at the front of the building. (located too close to the fire truck exit)
  • Revisit the location of parking for visitors and employees as they relate to the entrances
  • Consider shifting the building to the south a bit if possible.
  • Not enough of a variation in the building mass.
  • Show where the utility poles are located on the site plan.
  • Need readable floor plans
